Shipping

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.  You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Package Requirements - Sendle Shipments

The maximum values that Sendle allows for domestic packages are the following:

• no side can be longer than 180 cm
• maximum weight of 25kg
• maximum volume of 100 litres

 

Insurance

Sendle offers coverage for lost and damaged packages up to a maximum of $100 AUD.  

 

In-Store Pick Up

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pick up at 36-42 Magnesium Drive, Crestmead Qld.  After placing your order and selecting local pick up at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 hours.  We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pick up hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.  Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
